Randoms

1. Our Christmas countdown is in the single digits. This time of year is our very favorite.

2. Eva refuses to sit down in the bathtub. She'll stay in there forever, but refuses to sit. Baths are such a happy time in our house.

3. All Emma wants to do at night is play cards. Go Fish, Crazy 8's, War, she doesn't care (and she's good).

4. Eva usually finds Patrick the Elf in the mornings before Emma. She gets just as excited about him, if not more. Every day she BEGS to "howd pat-ick" and Emma gets mortified (we don't want him to lose his magic).

5. We picked up cousin Drew from school the other week. All of the parents were standing there waiting for their kids and Emma accidentally tripped me, causing me to fall on top of her and half way drop Eva. Im not easily embarassed but I was that day.

6. These girls are on a huge coloring kick. They sit at the table and color for hours. I hope Santa brings them some more paper and paints.

5. Eva is so stubborn. About 75% of the time she refuses to put her coat on, and then refuses to be buckled into her car seat. It's a lot of fun. 

6. Joey and Emma fall sleep in the most random places. My girl who was so hard to get to sleep as a baby will sleep anywhere.

7. The girls dance around with underwear on their heads at least once a day. And they also pretend rolled socks are baby eggs about to hatch and wheel them around in strollers.

8. Emma is so picky. And stubborn. Dr. Davis said she should take a Flintstone vitamin since she won't drink milk. When she refused to take one we made her sit in her room until she changed her mind. An hour later she finally came out, chewed one up (hysterically), and almost threw up. Her taste buds are a mystery to me.

9. Living room campouts are a December must.

10. This morning I heard Joey ask Eva what she wanted for Christmas - "I yant toys," she said.
